The film's working title was Me Without You. According to Liberty magazine, Claudette Colbert's brother, assistant director Charles Wendling, changed his name from Chauchoin after serving in the war. This May have been the first film of Douglas Blackley, who later, under the name of Robert Kent, played leading roles.
