She and her aging companion, Pompilius, are high class grifters who have spent their years working the world's most elite circles. While strolling the Guadeloupean sands, Lady M. discovers Lambert, a young, blonde, beach boy--her diamond in the rough. Together, Lady M. and a reluctant Pompilius transform Lambert from the small time thief that he is into a sophisticated and highly polished con artist.
