Great beefcake, lousy movie
- Tom in San Francisco
This laughably bad movie is worth seeing as a novelty, but only if you record it and fast-forward through most of it. There's no denying that Amanda Blake looked beautiful-- that hair, those eyes! And for beefcake, there's lots of George Nader, shirtless through it all. But in all its technical aspects, the movie is a disgrace to 20th Century Fox.
watching this now. friday just isn't the same anymore i'm shocked they did this film. I was surprised to see miss kitty in a real acting job, but it gave her employment i guess don't think she won an emmy for gunsmoke for 30 years either
Amanda Blake in Female Crusoe
Watched to see the Dan O'Herlihy version, but was pleasantly surprised to see Miss Kitty.Glad to see she'd done more than GUNSMOKE!Not a great flick, but enjoyable for the leads, and a twist
Nice movie. And it stars Amanda Blake
- John Simms
Cool movie. And it stars Amanda Blake. I've never seen her this young before.
