    John Mills is powerful as a wronged man who is feared by those who framed him, including his former sweetheart, when he is released from his unjust prison sentence. I love Brit noir or crime films, whatever you want to call them & thoroughly enjoyed this film. I'd never seen this film or even heard of it & was thrilled to catch it when it aired on 11/10/10. If this one is ever aired again, don't miss it!
