In an underground laboratory in Brazil, a power mad industrialist plots to bombard the earth with a sterilization ray via satellite. Why, you ask? Because he wants to repopulate the world using women from his own private harem. Huh?An American-Italian James Bond imitation filmed on location in Rio De Janeiro
Assisted by an infamous Nazi doctor who conducted sterility experiments during the war, Mr. Ardonian, a mysterious industrialist with headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, has perfected a satellite which, once in orbit, could emit ultrasonic waves capable of sterilizing mankind. After agreeing to sell his process to the Red Chinese for $500 million, Ardonian amuses himself by collecting beautiful young women and placing them in a state of suspended animation until the time when they will be needed to repopulate the earth. (Undesirable candidates are eliminated in various bizarre ways.) His activities are closely watched by both an American CIA man, Kelly, and a beautiful English secret agent, Susan Fleming, who visit an Indian village in the Brazilian jungle and discover that Ardonian's experiments have caused all sexual desire to be suppressed for more than 4 years. Susan is captured and taken to Ardonian's underwater laboratory where the madman intends to include her in his "hibernation harem." Once he has received the $500 million from the Chinese emissaries, Ardonian electrocutes them in a mass double-cross and then decides to become master of the world by sterilizing the earth's entire population. But Kelly makes his way into the undersea laboratory while Susan's chauffeur, James, goes to alert the Brazilian army. Kelly rescues Susan and knocks Ardonian into the hibernation vault just as Brazilian soldiers arrive to take charge.
