Brief Synopsis

An updated version of the "Hunchback" legend brought to World War II's fascist Italy, where the title character is a leader in the Resistance Movement, but his rape of the girl he loves, causes him to flee the town and the Nazis to hole up with his fighters in a suburb that he controls.
