    why critics continually knock Hopes' 1960's film efforts is beyond me--here is another in a long series of lightweight, funny, not-so-serious comedies from 1969 also featuring The Great One:Jackie Gleason. Many great one-liners ensue from from the two comics in a film with a very funny premise and some hilarious scenes--maybe a little dated but a lot of fun and the sequence in the nightclub is the best--get this place a manhole cover indeed!!--anyhow, worth watching and the music is groovy too!!
