    If this movie was released in 1970, why does dad`s Monte Carlo look like a 76 or 77?

    Neat SoCal street scenes. Unremarkable and typical low/no budget public service film, with one startling exception: The father's Chevrolet was a second generation Monte Carlo manufacturered for model years 1973-75. Is this film a government test of the public's perception of reality or just a mistake on the copyright date? Those who know aren't talking.
