This is a classic, and hilariously funny and bittersweet. I can't believe it's not on DVD. The remake pales by comparison.

I love this movie and absurdity of the plot. The character's are spot on and I think this is the best film Charles Grodin ever made.

Elaine May's biting and hilarious screenplay is incredibly good. Fine performances from all, especially Charles Grodin and the marvelous Jeanne Berlin. It's certainly better than the 2007 remake. Well directed.

This 1972 movie is hilarious..one of Charles Grodin's best...and I'm still waiting for it to come out on DVD...you can at least show it on TCM.
