    Watched this movie in college(1971) at the student union movie theartre. They only showed movies that had substance. Has a special place in my heart as it inspired me to excel in cross country skiing (U.S. citizens team 1976-1980). Hope it can be released for purchase! Not sure why it has not, it is a classic!

    I'd also like to buy this film. It was an inspiration to me, and I'd like to use it to inspire another generation of runners.

    As the previous reviewer asked, I too am in search for a DVD of this movie. This movie inspired me at a young age to run competitively and I am still running at age 49. Maybe someone can respond with options to acquire this movie.
