    A one-hour film noir? I have no idea what this film was supposed to be but it's dreadful. The only saving grace is Eddie Foy and that isn't saying very much. There is zero fleshing out of the characters and the story here. This isn't a propaganda film, it's not a film noir, it's what? I haven't the foggiest! Sure do wish I had the hour back that I spent viewing this disaster!
