TCM has stepped out of character from their suffocating menu of comedies and musicals to offer viewers a mystery for a change; unfortunately, this effort is a farce. Hard for me not to wonder if Tom Kennedy is the idiot offstage that he always portrays onstage. POPEYE CARTOONS ARE GREAT HOWEVER!
