  the movie was shot in my home town, about a mile from my home. I viewed the movie at the theater and loved the action. the place where it was shot has drasticly changed and I would love to have a copy to see how my home place looked in 1973, so I can show my grandchildren how it used to be.

  I saw this movie over 20 years ago on T.V. and have been searhing for it ever since. I've never seen it again onT.V.. It's not on DVD. It's available on PAL, but that only works in England. Barry Newman did an excellent job portraying a man who wants revenge against those who killed his wife and only child. The car chase scene keeps you at the edge of your seat. The movie is a keeper. If and when it comes out on DVD, I'll be one of the first people to buy it. If you want a great movie, this is it.

• Oh, please...its as classic as The Vanishing Point

  I saw this movie back in 1973 when I was 13 and loved it. The ending was the most intense that I have ever seen and has not been successfully replicated. I was never, ever able to find it on tv again. That was Barry Newmans time to shine and todays youth would benefit greatly if he was resurrected. Please put it out on DVD and make it available. An old nostalgic in a modern world. Thanks!
