I am a blogger. I spend more time on the internet than an average person. For some reason, after making a post, I felt some odd feeling about my closeted life and decided to relax. Lo and behold, TCM, my most favorite movie channel, had a Spanish movie on. I missed the beginning but had enough time to watch the rest. Most provocative and thrilling movie I have seen in a long time. Everything was perfect. Dialogue was simple. actors were doing perfectly. So was photography, direction.I wish TCM make it their policy to bring more foreign language movies....and I am Sid Harth@elcidharth.com

    A fine piece of surrealism

  • Mia Farrow's recommendation?

Mia Farrow loves this movie (so she says) for its surrealism. Then I recommend she also try "Samson vs the Vampire Women"... from the same era, the same country, but with Abel Salazaar and German Robles to give it some life.
