Brief Synopsis

In the early years of this century, two English map makers unintentionally disturb the tranquility of a small Welsh village when they inform the inhabitants that their most famous geographic landmark--their mountain--is actually a hill. Technically, it's 15-feet too short to qualify as the mountain
