Darn, I missed this, and it's the one I wanted to see. (I've seen Trio and Quartet). I generally try to look ahead; but I literally stopped a day or two before this one and forgot to come back. I wish TCM would go back to the old format, which used to show when the next showing of a title would be. I've emailed about it and don't get any responses. Anyway, these three titles (Trio, Encore, and Quartet) are very entertaining. Highly recommended. I wish TCM would show them more often, instead of about once a year. Some titles reappear much more frequently.

Encore is one three compilations of films based on Maughm's short stories. They are delightful and well done, but unavailable on DVD in a format for U.S. it's maddening that TCM doesn't make these whole films viewable online or through a video on demand feed.
