    I'm a big fan of Morgan Conway and of Ann Jeffreys. Conway made a great Dick Tracy and those of us who read the comic strip for years feel he was perfect in this role. Anne Jeffreys is so beautiful and a great foil for Conway. This is actually a film noir without the requisite evil blonde. In this one film, the blonde is good and the brunette is not so good. Mazurki is very good as "Splitface," the psychotic murderer. I also like the injection of the character of Dick Tracy's adopted son here. I like this little film. It holds interest.
