• Really great movie!

  I just watched this on Turner Classic Movies and all I can say is HOW REFRESHING. It's great to see an old comedy/thriller with genuine comedy and a script. This was just so good, and yes, I would definitely purchase it on DVD.

  I just loved this joyous, light hearted mystery. I really liked Allyn Josyln and Evelyn Keyes. They were just delightful. They were a young ordinary couple....she was so funny, when she was jealous of her husband. Their escapades made for a fun movies and evening. I wish there were many more of these two in mysteries. I think that I will buy both movies with this couple. If there are more please let me know. Play it again. Please.

  overall i thought it was an excellent movie. i thought it was very funny,especially at the end . i myself would like to own it on dvd.the actors was great.

• DANGEROUS BLONDES: A Short Perspective

  This movie is an obvious attempt to capitalize on the immensly popular THIN MAN series of hit movies starring William Powell and Myrna Loy. In that regard, I would have to rate it a failure. The principals just don't have the same interactive chemistry and charisma of Powell and Loy. Truthfully, who could? Still, this little mystery/comedy has some of it's own merits as an entertaining film on it's own. If you can watch it without making continual mental comparisons to it's obviously plagerized forerunners, you'll definitely enjoy this movie.
