Perry Mason - Film and TV
- Bruce Reber
- 10/11/12
An episode of the Perry Mason TV series (CBS 1957-1966) was based on this entry in the Mason film series titled "The Case of the Velvet Claw". I saw it when it was in syndicated reruns on one of my local TV stations in the 1970's. I can't remember if the episode had the same title as the film, but I know that it involved a scandal magazine called Spicy Bits. I also remember that in the series Mason (Raymond Burr) and his secretary Della Street (Barbara Hale) were never married.
