    Robert Lindsay's "Bert Rigby, You're a Fool" is one of my favorite movies and the description posted on tcmdb.com is less than adequate. He plays a coal miner who, dreaming of restoring his beloved local movie theater to its original glory, is hoodwinked by his self-appointed "agent" (Robbie Coltrane's character) to take his unique and formidable music & comedy talent to America with a promise of fame & fortune. Lots of terrific performances, esp. by Robert and Anne Bancroft! Sure wish TCM would run it sometime (with plenty of build-up.) I'd love to see more folks come to an appreciation of this fun flick!
