Hazel, a wealthy, aging spinster, finances a mad doctor's brain transplant experiments in the hope that she can be rejuvenated. After they import servant girls from Europe for the surgery, the doctor uses Victor, a deformed victim of previous experiments, to assist him in the operations. They place a cat's brain in the head of one of the female prisoners and turn the other women into zombies; but the plot is foiled when one of the captives burns down the laboratory.
