  • My Aunt was in this movie

My aunt, Dona Massin, was a choreographer and dancer in this and many other movies (including the Wizard of Oz). She never talked much about her movie career, but a few years before she passed away I spent a great deal of time interviewing her and gathering any videos I could of the movies she was in. (I even put together a summary of her scenes for her and our family for a Christmas present--an endeavor that took me, as a rank amateur, about 500 hours.) During the making of this movie, Marion invited my aunt and other members of the production to Hearst Castle (a trip from which my aunt has a fair number of pictures). Dona had only the highest praise for Clark and Marion and the beauty of the sets, and she seemed proud of this movie. So, it would be great to see it some day (since it has never come out on home video).
