    I just happened to buy a vhs copy of this film because it had Briars and other notable actors in it and Branagh directed it. I was overjoyed at it. It's a great little look into the world of the stage and the dialogue is a pure delight. The characters are outrageous, humerous, and human. It's great fun and deserves to be on DVD.

    This movie is a favorite because of the cryptic lines delivered with wit and agility. It is fun verbally and visually and you must hold your laughter until the end or you'll miss the nest quip. Well acted by all, fresh and original,this is a must for anyone who enjoys British humor. A delight!
