Hollywood Reporter production charts noted that the film was in Eastman Color, and Filmfacts credited De Luxe. Neither company name was discernable on the print viewed. Although The Beast of the Yellow Night was not registered for copyright at the time of its release, a video casette version was registered by Four Associates, Ltd. on May 9, 1994 under the number PA-726-094. John Ashley, who starred as Langdon and produced the film with Romero, collaborated with him on a series of horror-exploitation films made in the Philippines in the 1960s and 1970s. As noted in the screen credits, The Beast of the Yellow Night was shot in Caloocan City, Philippines. The film was re-released in 1985 wiith added material, including narration by John Carradine.
