Some scenes in this film were shot in Washington, D.C. at the House of Representatives, the Capitol, the White House, the Potomac River, the streets of the city, and at the home of a senator. Studio scenes were shot at the Biograph studios in New York, and at the Artco studios in Cliffside, NJ. Actress Leah Baird was the secretary and treasurer of Artco Productions, Inc.
