    Jane Wyman is the most memorable actress to portray Torchy Blane. Torchy deliberately gets herself arrested so she can to get information from an inmate, a gangster's moll (Sheila Bromley) so she can supply her detective fiance (Allen Jenkins) with information on the gangster. Very fast paced, decent mystery and fun to watch. Jane Wyman is so bubbly, it's hard not to stay interested!
