No Brasil este filme recebeu o nome de Tentação more ( Houseboat) e o filme é muito divertido tendo um pai charmoso que procura uma governanta para cuidar de seus filhos e logo depois aparece a personagem da Sophia Loren que vêm da Itália e se candidata a vaga. É claro que ocorre muitas cenas românticas e cômicas no filme. Excelente ver a química de Cary e Sophia juntos no filme.

Considering the stature of the two leading stars, it is a bit of a disappointment. It indeed has some moments, and there is quite a chemistry between the stars. The screenplay is surprisingly flat. It's so predictable. And those kids, they were so irritating and bratty at times. It's not awful, I just would have expected more due to the talent involved.

More romantic than comedy

Nice piece of fluff from the late 1950's. This movie was made at the very end of the old classic romantic comedy from the big studios and the plot seems to be straining to be funny, clever and family oriented all at the same time. Cary Grant and Sophia try hard and largely succeed it make this Houseboat a fun place to stay for 2 hours.

One of my all time favorites. I love Cary Grant and Sophia Loren together.In the beginning they are complete opposites but they gradually grow together. Wonderful!
