When Owen thwarts Gus' attempts at reform, Gus threatens to expose the home's "flawed" accounting system. In exchange for his silence, Gus demands that Owen take him and his two companions, Ducan and Nelly on the road to Victoria, British Columbia. Gus wants to go salmon fishing, Ducan to see a professional fight, and Nelly to the symphony.
