    One of Tom Clancy's very best stories is put to a lame end with Mr. Lame himself Ben Afleck as the now boring Jack Ryan. Then to white wash and politically correct Tom Clancy the story is also chewed up and barfed out. Morgan Freeman is good as usual but this was otherwise a criminal act as only Hollywood can do. It is incredible really that such a great book could be rewritten so pathetically for screen. It's too bad Hollywood is so wussie that they miss out on the chance to make a thriller and instead make this swill. Lots of stupid whoosh sounds though. Yea great artistry. It's too bad they even made this. It's just insulting to the writer.
