Not Great, But Cute

This is not a great movie by any means, but it's cute, clean, and fun, and there is much financial wisdom our "I want it now, so I'll charge it" society can learn from it.

Meh...

Bill Holden is great, and shows a natural talent in this early role. And there are some genuinely funny bits - especially the two marriage-weary movers! But all that is early in this short picture and no reason to seek it out. It's a nice film to have on in the background, perhaps while making lunch in the next room... but pretty average on the whole.

Lovely and charming movie!

This is a wonderfully written and played comedy. There are so few chances to see William Holden at this age and Frances Dee is wonderful in the role of Candy. This is a truly Classic Comedy!
