Sargeant James Dunn, a decorated Desert Storm commando, is convicted of killing a superior officer and is sentenced to die in a military prison. He is visited by Lt Colonel Grant Casey, leader of an covert assassination squad known as the "Black Sheep." Casey offers Dunn a chance to escape from prison if he agrees to help kill a reclusive industrialist who is selling deadly biotech secrets on the black market.
