Under orders from Hitler to find a final solution of the Jewish problem, Gestapo chief Adolf Eichmann personally organizes a series of mass exterminations, mostly in concentration camps like Auschwitz, which take the lives of 6 million Jews. When Germany is defeated, he flees to Barcelona with his mistress, Anna Kemp. Two Jewish agents, David and Jacob, both of whom as young boys miraculously escaped from one of Eichmann's mass murders, track him down. But when they disagree on whether the archcriminal should be killed or captured, Eichmann escapes to a port in Kuwait. Israeli agents force Eichmann to move on, and he takes refuge in Argentina, where Anna joins him. Meanwhile, the Nazi underground, led by Kurt Kessner, has decided that Eichmann is to be eliminated for disobeying orders. Before they can succeed, however, David and Jacob capture Eichmann and fly him to Israel to await trial.
