In some copies (like the earlier video copies) Richard Harris (playing an Australian Lancaster pilot) has been redubbed and word "bloody" replaced by the less offensive "ruddy".

Copies with different colour credits exists. The most common ones proclaiming "Eastmancolor by Pathe" while others says "Technicolor".
