GOOD TIMES

I first saw this movie back in 1974. It was "A HARD DAY'S NIGHT" for me. I loved it back then and love it today. It showcased Sonny and Cher and what was to come on their televison show. Yeah,it's corny, but fun to watch. I know every line and every song in the movie. It's a feel good movie.

Great example of 60s popular culture

Wow, was Cher ever that young?!? This movie might not have the best plot or acting (although Cher is probably the best actor in this.) What makes this movie really worth watching is what an excellent example of late 1960s movies it is. Also the late 60s wardrobes and furnishing are well featured here. The plot is laughable but somewhat interesting for the way it features: "emotionally distant guy who rides off in a snit on his motorcycle" and "good girl weeping, singing, and waiting for her misguided guy to come back to her" stereotypical roles.
