  • An excellent comedy

    • Fredy K. Seidel
    • 5/11/12

This movie, starring Kack Lemmon, Virna Lisi, Terry-Thomas and Eddie Mayehoff, as well as Claire Trevor, although clearly chauvinistic, is a superb and smart comedy with an excellent cast. Virna Lisi is a sight for sore eyes. Terry-Thomas and Eddie Mayehoff are hilariously funny. Good story with script by a master, George Axelrod and great direction by Richard Quine. They don't make them like this any more.Fredy K. Seidel

  • Digital Update Needed

    • Mobile
    • 2/7/11

This engaging flick is in need of a 21st century update with a software engineer instead of a comic strip artist with Scarlett Johanson and Ben Stiller.

  • Great Movie

    • Darrell Crouch
    • 5/23/08

Jack Lemmon is good, as usual, in this comedy. Terry Thomas does a terrific job in playing the butler. Verna Lisi is great. Too bad we don't see her in more American Movies. I wish they had shown a flashback of her cooking the Lasagna before the audience of men.
