Brief Synopsis

Mad scientist Robert Shayne creates a serum that turns his pet kitty into a sabre-toothed tiger. Does he stop there? No, he then tries it out on his housekeeper who regresses into an ape woman. Does he then revise his formula? Nope, he drinks it himself.
