Great movie! I have seen it many times. I was looking for a way that I could post on tonights pics and couldn't find one.So here is what I wanted to post. The 3 movies that Cher picked was Cher movies, just like the songs that she sings is Cher songs.Cher is all about impowermentThere are 3 women who have really impressed me in my life,my mother because she was always fair, never judged others, taught me maners and to NEVER accuse anyone of anything unless you had proof, not to prove to others but to know the truth before you accused.I do not EVER remember hearing my mother telling a lie.I can not think of anyone else that I could say the same about. The second woman is Catherine Hepbern- This was one hell of a woman! When I think of her I think of Frank Sanatras song (I did it my way) That was Catherine! She did it all her way, loved a man no mater right or wrong acording to socitity (for life),was so damn strong for her time I don't think that I have ever seen anyone with more dignity then her.I can't express my admiration for her.Fantastic actress!!!! I would have loved to just have a conversation with her. That would have been one of the best highlights of my life. The third woman is Cher who picked the 3 (what I would think, typical Cher) movies that empower woman, like the Cher songs all 3 were about being women being strong, love and enjoying life.Cher is (in my opinion,ONE HELL OF A WOMAN) she live her life as she wants, she gives little quarter as far as her life goes, you accept her as she is or move out ove the way!I don't think that even with her stardom that she ever got enough credit for her acting.Cher like Catherine I would love to meet.My mother is gone Catherine is gone and i'm getting old.To meet Cher would be a dream come true for meThat won't happen but I would like her to know this.

A wonderful classic, and the first pairing of Katherine Hepburn and Spencer Tracy, and what a great pair they make. The baseball scene in the beginning is a very funny classic scene. The pace is awesome, the character development is sublime. Great direction from George Stevens. The supporting cast is excellent, well produced

  • Tracy and Hepburn!

Spencer Tracy and Katharine Hepburn have undeniable chemistry in 'Woman of the Year'. No wonder they fell in love off-screen. Their love/devotion shows through their reel/real life romance.
