Washington Melodrama (1941)

Nifty B picture, fine cast and an interesting plot. A bit odd, it starts out with a creative Busby Berkely type musical numnber at a night club, in the center of the club is a pool with mermaids, and customers have fishing poles designed to hook them, then it turns into a murder mystery. Go cast of stock MGM stars, really well paced and has a story that grabs your interest.
