In Dreams (1999) as Special Effects Buyer
It was her dark illustration of childhood fables that lured him. It was her dreams of deadly premonitions he would come to own. As Claire Cooper frantically tries to convince a cynical world of her mind link with a madman--bent on avenging his lost childhood--she realizes she has but one choice. To stop Vivian Thompson, she must become him... once and for all. Her seeming descent into madness proves the only sane solution. Fretful dreams and waking visions of a missing girl, an apple orchard and a town drowned long ago were the first to tear at Claire's idyllic New England life with her husband Paul. As the visions increased, so did the distance between them, compounding her urgency for police to heed her warnings of impending tragedy. The police, Paul and even her psychiatrist Dr. Silverman remain deaf to the silent screams of future victims haunting Claire's dreams. Too late do they realize Claire had indeed become Vivian's mind's eye.

Michael Collins (1996) as Special Effects Department
Michael Collins came of age in the early 20th century, when a monumental history of oppression and bloodshed had divided Ireland and its people, making hatred and distrust a national heritage and a way of life. In 1916, in what became known as the Easter Uprising, Irish revolutionaries surrendered after a six-day standoff at Dublin's General Post Office to the overwhelming military power of the British forces. Many followers, including Michael Collins and his close friend Harry Boland, were imprisoned. Upon their release, they found themselves the new leaders of the Irish independence movement. Collins' efforts to create a free and peaceful country, like the epic history of Ireland itself, would encompass romance and violence, valor and rage, burning hope and fiery tragedy. It would result in both the triumph of the free Irish Republic and the terror in Northern Ireland that continues to make bloody headlines today. And it would forever change the ways people wage wars of independence.

Some Mother's Son (1996) as Special Effects Technician
Could you stand by and watch your son starve himself to death for his beliefs? A widowed schoolteacher and life-long pacifist, Kathleen Quigley has been careful to stay clear of the war in her native Northern Ireland, instead devoting herself to the care of her three children. She is shaken out of her comfortable existence when her son Gerard is captured along with the fugitive IRA leader Frank Higgins, after a shoot-out with the British army. Gerard's imprisonment and his subsequent participation in the IRA prisoners' protest to be treated as prisoners of war draws Kathleen into Northern Ireland's political conflict and into contact with Higgins' mother Annie, a hardworking farmer and fervent IRA supporter.
