Jaquet's career began in 1934 and continued throughout his life. He rarely played leading roles and often played bit parts as doctors or politicians. He also appeared in a number of Broadway productions including ‘Alley Cat,’ ‘Battleship Gertie’ and ‘The Red Mill’ with Eddie Foy, Jr.
