Maxine Fisher, the writer, is not the actor who voiced the character in The Nutcracker Fantasy (1979). However, she did write the screenplay for Abel's Island (1987), The Nightingale (1992), Jaxxtime Tale (1992) and The Emperor's New Clothes (1991). All aired on PBS as segments of LONG AGO AND FAR AWAY.
