Died: January 12, 1940 Los Angeles, CA
Maude appeared in a number of Broadway productions from 1908-1925 including: ‘Glorious Betsy,’ ‘The American Maid,’ ‘A Full House,’ 'Elsie’ and ‘Big Boy’ with Al Jolson. She also appeared on the stage with Marilyn Miller in her smash hit, ‘Sally.’ In addition, Maude appeared on stage in ‘Mrs. Holmes, Detective’ which was produced by her own company. She retired from the stage in 1926 and moved to Hollywood.
