Throughout his Hollywood career, Stan Getz had a variety of powerful musical performances. Getz worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Een Pak Slaag" with Kees Brusse (1979), "Mickey One" with Warren Beatty (1965) and "Mort d'un pourri" (1977). He also contributed to "The Exterminator" (1980) starring Christopher George, "The Hanged Man" (1964) starring Robert Culp and "The Marrying Man" with Kim Basinger (1991). In the nineties, Getz's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like the dramedy "Husbands and Wives" (1992) with Woody Allen, "Wayne's World 2" (1993) with Mike Myers and "Vegas Vacation" (1997) with Chevy Chase. His work was also in the dramatic comedy "The Daytrippers" (1997) with Hope Davis. Getz's music was also featured in the Leonardo DiCaprio smash hit crime feature "Catch Me If You Can" (2002), the Eric Bana dramatic sports film "Munich" (2005) and the action movie "V for Vendetta" (2006) with Natalie Portman. His music was also featured in "The Lake House" (2006) and "Two Lovers" (2009). Getz's music was most recently used in the Miles Teller drama "Whiplash" (2014).
