Born: Maude Hawk March 4, 1881 Memphis, TN
Died: November 9, 1971 Woodland Hills, CA
Daughter of actress Margaret Fealy, she began on stage as a child, having a successful run in the U.S. and Europe. She married stage actor James Peter Durkin in November of 1909 and together they formed the Fealy Durkin Stock Company, performing plays in various cities, they were later divorced. In the 1940s she taught drama in Denver, later returning to California.
