Died: December 20, 1949 Hollywood, CA
Brother of actor Edward Dillon, and himself a matinee idol with the Steinach Hards stock company in New York, Dillon entered the film industry working with Biograph, Edison and Thanhouser in the early 1910s. Often playing villains, Dillon also directed comedy two reelers for poverty row companies. He kept busy behind and in front of the camera for a number of years.
