• abbott and costello greatest comedy team ever

  I have been a big fan of Abbott and Costello for many years and they have my vote for greatest comedy team that ever was. I would love to see more of them on TV. Their movies were something the whole family could watch. It was good clean comedy! We could use some more of that. My kids even love them and they are only in their thirities no longer kids but also too young to have seen them when they were alive. Their comedy is timeless.

  I grew up watching these films. What could be more entertaining than to watch all their "monster" movies during the Halloween season. My ALL time favorite is Time of Their Lives. I came to see if you would be playing it for halloween, it being a ghost story. With all the ghost and paranormal shows on TV now - I was sure I'd find it to be aired for halloween. Please, show more A & C movies. I was so heart felt dissappointed to see that none of their "monster" "ghost" movies were on the schedule. As time goes by there is less and less on TV worth watching at all. Bring back Abbott and Costello, in these hard times we all could use something to laugh about.

  Something about sweet Lou (Costello) shines through & I really love this guy. Please TCM play all the old A&C movies I used to watch them every Sunday at 11:30 in NY. What an amazing comedian Lou C was,right up there with Chaplin, Keaton & Laurel & Hardy!!!! God bless you up in Heaven Lou!!!
