Such an elegant performance in North to Alaska with John Wayne. She seemed so real, nothing over-acted. Stole the show.

Beautiful Capucine

One of the great patrician, rather icy ,goddesses of the screen, Capucine is the French Kay Kendall, a chic beauty with a knack for zany, screwball comedy. As regal as a duchess descending the staircase of a New Orleans cathouse in "Walk on the Wild Side", she could be deliciously funny, as the Yves St Laurent-clad Mme. Clousseau in "The Pink Panther"or an hilariously neurotic nymphomaniac in "What's New, Pussycat?".What an elegant creature she was!
