Soon after his arrival, Tommy sees one of the other residents being brutally killed by a psychopathic patient. The psychopath is incarcerated, but as residents continue to be killed Tommy becomes a suspect and begins to question his sanity. Teaming up with the grandson of one of the employees, Tommy tries to stay alive and learn the identity of the killer.
