Matthew Burton was an actor with a strong presence in film throughout his Hollywood career. He also appeared in the TV movie "Wrong Number" (1989-1990). He also took on a few movie roles at the time, appearing in "Docteur M." (1990) with Alan Bates. His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Star Command" (UPN, 1995-96). He also appeared in "Reise ohne Wiederkehr" (1991) with Mark McGann. during these years Burton focused on film in more recent years, appearing in the comedy "A Couch in New York" (1997) with Juliette Binoche, the dramatic period piece "Die Reise Nach Kafiristan" (2001) with Jeanette Hain and the Tom Cruise action film "Valkyrie" (2008). Burton most recently appeared in "Sense8" (2014-17).
