    I WISH I KNEW MORE ABOUT ABOUT THIS DELIGHTFUL OSCAR-WINNING ACTRESS. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHETHER HER SON DONALD CRANE IS STILL ALIVE? HE WAS ONLY 17 AT HER PREMATURE DEATH. SHE MADE ENOUGH FILMS TCM COULD DEVOTE AN ENTIRE DAY TO HER TALKIES ALONE. R.I.P., DEAR LADY1

    Alice was outstanding in all the movies I have seen her in ..I just Love seeing her act

    Little is ever said about alice brady on tcm as one of the early greats of the cinema and stage.Further no mention is made in her bio that she was the undisputed stage mother and champion of humphrey bogart who helped and guided him in the early days of his career. she was herself from a lead family..i wonder if anyone at tcm ever reads the fans writeups/comments etc..
